General Terms and Conditions ABTU – 22 Service Assignments

ABTU-22 is intended to apply to service assignments performed by a supplier to a Client company. A Service assignment means a commercial and legal relationship between the Supplier and the Client company under which the Supplier, against payment, performs a defined assignment for the Client company with the Supplier’s own personnel or with personnel from subcontractor. ABTU-22 is intended to be used when The Agency Work Act is not applicable. When The Agency Work Act is applicable ABPU-10 and ABSS-10 are used.
